In Historic Sumpter, Oregon! 
We are a small RV park, with a very short season......
what this means is when you make a reservation, in many situations, we turn away others in order to guaranty your site. Therefore, please keep in mind............ when you are making your reservations that all advance reservations must be prepaid and are not refundable. This policy is not unlike other RV parks, so when making your reservation please understand this....... Call: 541-894-2328
Good Sam Club Members........
We are a Good Sam Park, and give the standard 10% discount to all
Good Sam members who can present their membership card with a valid expiration date........Need a Good Sam Card? We can give you a Good Sam membership for only $19.00 for the first year, which in many cases pays for itself with your very first stay! Just ask us about it!! Large groups and family reunions which require the majority of our park sites need to make their reservations well in advance and there are some special requirements for your stay, so please call us for information.
All rates are subject to the Oregon Lodging Tax, a total of 8% on each nights stay..........
Monthly rates are not subject to the lodging tax. We have 120 PSI water pressure here in the park, so a water pressure regulator is a necessity.
If you do not have one, we sell them or will rent one to you for your stay............. We will not accept responsibility for hose or camper damage if you choose not to use one. We have a limited number of screened fire pits to prevent sparks that we rent for $2.00 per night........
You are welcome to bring your own wood, or we sell firewood for $3.00 per bundle. We are within the City Limits of Sumpter and open fires are not allowed, under any circumstances. Barbecue grills are fine, please do not leave them unattended. Due to the newer RV's constructed today, some with central air conditioning and large electric heaters with washers and dryers and require a 50 AMP service, a $2.00 per night surcharge will be accessed. Our rates are based on regular RV's that have 30 AMP requirements. If your expected needs are to plug into 50 AMP, let us know in advance. This is due to a significant rise in our electric rates. ALL CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN THE CAMPGROUND
AND FACILITIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE IF THERE ARE UNRULY CHILDREN , UNLEASHED OR AGGRESSIVE PETS, AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID. ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON THE PREMISES WILL RESULT IN THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITES BEING CALLED. NOTE: TENTS IN RV SITES ARE AN EXTRA FEE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PRICING. ADDED TENTS USUALLY MEANS MORE PEOPLE AND TAXES OUR FACILITIES. All rates are subject to change without notice.........
